Health care workers and front line workers are wearing masks for twelve hours a day, seven days a week. Wearing masks for long periods of time can cause discomfort and skin irritation behind the ears. These headbands with buttons are a solution. Simply hook the elastic of the mask to the button instead of behind the ears. It eases the pressure off mask wearer's ears. With the CDC recommending the general public wear masks during this COVID-19 pandemic, these button headbands will be useful to the general public as well.
